The Chancellor:
This record consists of three attachment suits brought by three different creditors of Peter A. Perkins, against the- same defendants to reach the same funds. The first bill was filed on the 6th .of May, 1865, by N. E. Perkins; the second, on the 10th of May, 1865, by John S. Park, and the third, on the 23d of August, 1865, by Jas. A. and Wm. P. McAllister. The object of each suit is to subject to the satisfaction of the debt of the complainant a note of the defendants, James and George Lumsden, dated 24th of October, 1861, and made payable to Peter A.
