FARMER, Judge.

Oltra Travese Webb (Mother) appeals from the order of the chancellor terminating her parental rights in her minor daughter Jimmicia Leshea Gordon.

It is undisputed that Jimmicia is the child of Mother and Jimmie Lee Gordon (Father), who never married. This litigation began in March 1994 when Father filed a petition for legitimation and custody of Jimmicia in the Chancery Court for Knox County.
