BOWMAN, Circuit Judge.
In October 2002, a jury found Leo Adams guilty of conspiracy to distribute drugs, and the District Court 1 sentenced him to 360 months in prison. On appeal, we affirmed his conviction but remanded for resentencing in accordance with the then recently issued decision in United States v. Booker, 543 U.S. 220, 125 S.Ct. 738, 160 L.Ed.2d 621 (2005). United States v. Adams, 401 F.3d 886 (8th Cir.2005). 2 On remand, the District Court again sentenced Adams to 360 months in prison. Adams appeals and we affirm.
