The defendant was charged with stealing 2,000 barrels of oil from the pipe lines of the National Transit Company, and was convicted upon the first count of the indictment, which laid the property of the oil to be in the National Transit Company. The specifications of error which raise the question of the sufficiency of the information in which the prosecution originated may be considered together.
