This discovery matter is before the Court on the motion1 of plaintiff (hereinafter “IP-ALCO”) to compel defendants to produce all documents defendants are withholding under the label “strategic privilege.”2 During the fast-paced litigation of this case, thousands of documents have been requested and produced. Defendants PSI Resources, Inc., PSI Energy, Inc., and James E.
