This is a suit in equity to enjoin a foreclosure sale under a deed of trust. The suit was brought by the Shapleigh Investment Company, the owner of the property, against The Columbian National Life Insurance Company, the owner of the deed of trust, and Franklin Miller, the successor trustee under the deed of trust. In the trial court, plaintiff prevailed. Defendants appealed.
