The defendant, Dorothy Kolozetski, appeals the Trial Court’s CArnold, J.) order applying RSA 477:22 (2001) to award the proceeds of her husband’s one-half interest in the marital residence to Land America Commonwealth Title Insurance Company (Land America). We affirm.
