MOTION TO REMAND

The plaintiff, Gail Whitehead, moves to remand this case to the trial court for the purpose of the taking of additional evidence.

The district court signed a judgment on January 26, 1987 in favor of the plaintiff. An appeal was taken by the plaintiff after the plaintiffs motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and conditional new trial was denied. After this appeal, was lodged, the mover filed the instant motion, on the grounds that new evidence relating to the plaintiffs injuries was available.
