MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

REYNOLDS, Chief Judge.

David Eugene Liska has filed a petition for writ of error coram nobis, seeking to vacate a plea of guilty entered on May 5, 1947, in United States of America v. David Eugene Liska, Case No. 486 Crim.S (E.D.Wis.). In support of his petition, Liska asserts that his Sixth Amendment right to the assistance of counsel was not knowingly, intelligently, or freely waived, and that his plea of guilty has the result of duress, coercion, or fear.
