Michael Jenkins appeals his jury conviction of two counts of involuntary manslaughter and one count of making false information following a traffic collision on August 19, 1999, involving two fatalities. While initially charged with two counts of second-degree murder and two counts of making false information, the juiy settled on the lesser included offense of involuntary manslaughter.
