Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Cayuga County (Thomas G. Leone, A.J.), entered August 6, 2015. The order granted the motion of defendants Wayside Pub, Inc., doing *1347business as Smart’s Wayside Inn and Roger Spain for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
