Numerous errors are specified, but they present but two important questions, upon the solution of which the right of plaintiff to maintain this action depends, to wit: whether the original warrants for which the bonds in suit were issued and exchanged were valid and enforceable obligations against the county; and if so, can a recovery be had on these particular bonds, notwithstanding the entire issue is not valid; that is to say, some of the same series being invalid ?
