John Weney (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board), which reversed a Workers’ Compensation Judge’s (WCJ) decision and order granting Claimant’s second Petition to Review Compensation Benefits (Review Petition II).
