—Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (McNab, J.), rendered September 23, 1983, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, reckless endangerment in the second degree, and resisting arrest, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
