This is an appeal from a Common Pleas Court judgment affirming the appellant’s conviction in the mayor’s court of Gahanna, Ohio, of a violation of a traffic ordinance.

The record does not contain the original documents filed in this case. There are copies of the documents, some certified by a “deputy clerk” and some not. There are defendant’s exhibits in the file, which are not included in the bill of exceptions as authenticated by the Mayor. Nothing in the transcript of pro ceedings indicates that these exhibits were offered or received in the mayor’s conrt.
