Several questions have been discussed in this case, which we have no occasion to decide ; for in one particular, we all agree, that the plea in abatement is bad, and must be overruled.

The superior court found, that the acts of said manufacturing company and its officers, five days only before the service of the plaintiff’s writ, were done to “ prevent the attachment, of the company’s properly,'’ claimed to be fraudulently conveyed away from their creditors.
