On January 20, 1953, Hon. Shelburne Ferguson and Hon. Thomas H. Bogan, Judges respectively of the Cir*530cuit and Criminal Courts of Sullivan County, Tennessee, appointed T. A. Dodson, Jr:, Brantley Blue and Howard S. Witt, representatives of the King-sport Bar, to make an investigation of the activities of the Blountville Bonding-Company and L. E. Bellamy, sole owner of the company, in executing bonds in the General Sessions Court of Sullivan County.
