Swensen, doing business under the name and style of the Edna Coal Company, a co-partnership; Paul Hunt, doing business under the trade name of Paul Hunt Construction Company, M. S. Ferrel, and Elmer Berglin, plaintiffs in error here and defendants below, to recover a judgment for damages to a tractor and his loss of earnings.
