This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Juvenile Court of Auglaize county.

Defendant was tried and found guilty as charged in the following affidavit:

“The state of Ohio, Auglaize county. Juvenile Court.
“Before me, Harry F. Wittenbrink, Judge and ex-officio clerk of the Juvenile Court in and for said county, personally appeared Edna Ralston residing at -St. Marys, Ohio, who, being first duly sworn according to law, says that on or about the 14th day of February, 1945, and on many other occasions in the county of Auglaize aforesaid, one Mildred Krauss, alias Mildred Howell…
