Smith, alleged in his petition that he was a stockholder in the defendant corporation, which owned, and was organized for the purpose of constructing and operating, an office building in Miami; that the said corporation is indebted to various people in the approximate sum of $100,000, a part of which indebtedness is invalid and unlawful; that the said property was of the reasonable value of from $150,000 to $200,000; that defendant officers and directors of said corporation were attempting to…
