Since our original opinion was handed down, on July 11, 1955, 133 F.Supp. 163, defendants have filed an original and two supplemental answers, setting up the following affirmative defenses:
1. While admitting execution of the lease by Bazemore in favor of Robertson Stores, Inc., on May 1, 1947, they deny that it covered the entire mineral interest, and allege that he received a bonus for only an undivided one-half mineral interest; that previously, on March 11, 1947, Keatchie had leased its then outstanding undivided one-half interest to T.
