*723FLEMING, J.

Charlotte Cramer appeals an order dismissing her action against Evelyn Biddison and Harold Angerhofer, executors of the estate of Glen Hummer. The order followed appellant’s refusal to amend her second amended complaint after demurrers had been sustained to her pleading.

In 1959 appellant divorced Hummer. The judgment of divorce incorporated a stipulation of the parties stating in relevant part: “Defendant shall maintain insurance on his own life with death benefits of not less than $15,000.00 for each of the minor children, or a total of $45,000.00.
