CARR, Judge.

{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant Cordell Walker appeals from his convictions in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. This Court affirms.

{¶ 2} Around 1 a.m. on August 16, 2015, at a gas station in Akron, Walker shot the victim in his left and right arms and abdomen. Based upon that incident, Walker was indicted on two counts of felonious assault, with accompanying firearm specifications, and one count of having weapons while under disability.
