This suit was instituted in the Justice Court of Dallas County by plaintiffs Jackson & Norton against George Heffington, a minor, and Mrs. S. A. Heffington, his mother, upon- a note executed by the said George Heffington for $61.25, -in part payment for a buggy and harness sold by plaintiffs to the said George Heffington for the sum of $103.75. From a judgment in favor of plaintiffs for $76.55 defendants appealed to the County Court. Plaintiffs sought to recover against George Heffington upon the ground that the buggy and harness sold him were necessaries, and…
