On November 4, 2009, Bertram Communications, LLC (“Bertram”), pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a), appealed two decisions made by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin (“bankruptcy court”) in case number 08-26131, In re: Netwurx, Inc. (Docket # 1). Three months later, on February 18, 2010, this court dismissed one of the issues on appeal, whether the bankruptcy court “erred in confirming the Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization” proposed by the appellee, Netwurx, Inc.
