This is a direct appeal from a verdict and judgment finding the defendant guilty on three counts of robbery in the first degree.

The defendant was sentenced on each count to imprisonment in the Kansas State Penitentiary for not less than ten nor more than twenty-one years. The sentences were to run concurrently.
