This is an appeal from an order denying appellant Hansen’s petition for writ of ha-beas corpus. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.

The record indicates that Hansen was sentenced in 1970 to 75 years imprisonment, after pleading guilty to second-degree murder in Duval County. While on parole in 1980, he was arrested on a charge of sexual battery.
