MEMORANDUM REGARDING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
PONSOR, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This action arises from the termination of employment in 1989 of Dr. William Hamilton, a pathologist at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. Dr. Hamilton alleges breach of contract, as well as negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
