By an award of the Industrial Board of Indiana the appellant was ordered to pay the appellee $30.00 per week for 350 weeks to compensate for the loss she suffered as a presumptive dependent of Niles Swihart, her father, who admittedly was killed as the result of an accident growing out of and in the course of his employment with the appellant. From the facts found by the board it is apparent that this award was entered upon the theory that the appellee was an unmarried daughter of said Niles Swihart and at the time of his death she was over the age of 18, living with and keeping house for him…
