Carl Tickers, alias Carl Stone, was tried on an indictment for murder, and was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the commission of an unlawful act. The first special ground of the motion for new trial alleges that the court erred in admitting the following testimony of a witness for the State: “Nothing else was the matter with him [the deceased] except this bullet wound.
