Reliance Kitchens, USA, Inc. (“plaintiff”) brought an action against Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Feifer (“defendants”) to recover damages stemming from defendants’ alleged refusal to pay for materials and services provided by plaintiff at defendants’ home.
