OPINION
STAPLETON, District Judge:
In this Section 1983 action, plaintiff sought individual damages for alleged con stitutional violations, including physical and psychological mistreatment, by defendant prison guards and officials of the Delaware Correctional Center (“DCC”). Plaintiff was also certified as a class representative for a class seeking injunctive relief against disciplinary procedures at DCC alleged to violate plaintiffs’ due process rights.
