This is a suit by the owner of a leasehold estate in real estate in Cook county, 111., to restrain and enjoin the county treasurer and ex officio county collector from collecting the taxes extended against such real estate for the years 1928 and 1929. The court previously has denied a motion to dismiss the bill, and has issued a temporary injunction restraining the county collector from making application to the county court for judgment for taxes which are delinquent.
