In 1919 Price executed to the Federal Land Bank a security deed to a tract of land owned by him. In 1921 and 1922 he executed three, more security deeds to this tract, each with power of sale, which were subsequently transferred to Pope, who now holds them. In 1925 Hammond and Reese secured a judgment against Price and entered it on the general execution docket. Price, in Pebruary, 1928, executed a quitclaim deed to Pope, who, in February, 1929, began advertising the land for sale as was required by the power of sale in the security deeds.
