This is an appeal from the denial of an application for accidental disability benefits from the Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERS).
On November 30, 1993, petitioner, Gay Fawcett, was employed as a Medical Relations Specialist II for the Division Of Disability Determinations in the New Jersey Department of Labor.
