The Savannah, Florida and "Western Railway Company brought an equitable petition against the Postal Telegraph-Cable ■Company, seeking to enjoin it from proceeding to condemn certain •portions of the right of way of the railway company. Upon the hearing the judge refused to grant an interlocutory injunction. The railway company brought the case to this court upon a writ of error, and the judgment was affirmed. 112 Ga. 941.
