This is another of the many regrettable controversies that come before us involving custodj^ of a child. Fortunately there is little doubt, as the trial court found, this child has received excellent care, since she was nine months old, in the home of her axint and uncle and her best interests and welfare will be promoted by permitting her to remain there.
