The defendant, a negro man, was prosecuted by information duly verified and filed by the prosecuting attorney of Pemiscot county, for the murder of one Charles Clark on the third day of March, 1901. He was duly arraigned, pleaded not guilty, and was convicted of murder in the second degree. Prom the sentence imposed in pursuance of this verdict, he appeals to this court. The only error of which he complains is the insufficiency of the information upon which he was tried.
