STEWART, Judge.

This litigation arose out of a collision between a truck owned and operated by defendant, Bill (W. N.) Hancock, and a passenger car owned and driven by plaintiff’s decedent, Joseph’ Steely. There were no passengers in either vehicle. The accident occurred on a straight level stretch of highway some three miles east of Columbia in Adair County on Kentucky State Highway No. 206 in the late afternoon of September 17, 1956. Joseph Steely died as a result of injuries received in the wreck. His administratrix, Freeda Steely, sued for damages totaling $91,200. Hancock was also injured…
