Appellant filed her bill in the chancery court of Marshall county to remove clouds from and establish title in herself to an undivided interest in certain lands in said county described in the bill. Appellees demurred to the bill, and from a decree overruling their demurrer appealed to the supreme court, where the decree was affirmed, and the cause remanded with leave to appellees to answer the bill, which they did, denying its material allegations.
