The plaintiff in error, Roscoe Arnold, hereinafter designated “defendant,” was jointly informed against with John Osborn for the offense of forgery in the first degree, convicted, and sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary at hard labor for the term of eight years. To reverse the judgment rendered, the defendant prosecutes this appeal.
The charging part of the information is as follows:
“That on or about the 16th day of November, 1915, that Roscoe Arnold and John Osborn, in Pontotoc county, state of Oklahoma, did commit the crime of forgery, fix*st degree, in manner and form as follows:…
