ROBERTSON, Judge.

Morris E. Parker, Jr. brings this appeal challenging the denial of his pro se motions for modification of sentence and for specific performance of a plea agreement/or in the alternative modification of sentence.

We affirm.

Parker seeks by this appeal to obtain an order directing the Indiana Department of Correction to release him to Kentucky officials so that he may serve the remainder of his prison time in Kentucky.
