Plaintiff-Appellant John Nolen filed this lawsuit on behalf of a class of similarly situated cable subscribers against Nucen-trix Broadband Networks, Inc., various other related corporations, subsidiaries, and individual directors named in Nolen’s notice of appeal (collectively, “Nucentrix”) for violations of the Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq.
