These matters are before the court on petitions to review two orders of the Public Service Commission issued on August 8,1949. Case No. 7409 involves an aplication by Wycoff Company, Inc., for a permit to operate as a contract motor carrier for the transportation of motion picture films, advertising matter, and theatrical supplies to the Orpheum Theatre at Tremonton, Utah and the Main Theatre at Garland, Utah.
