MOORE, District Judge.
THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiff Yahweh Ben Yahweh’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction, filed June 29, 2001; Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunction by Default, filed July 25, 2001; and Defendant United States Parole Commission’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed July 30, 2001.
