MEMORANDUM OPINION

Currently before the Court is the Motion for Reconsideration and Request for Setoff filed at Document No. 256 (“Reconsideration Motion”) by the Chapter 7 Trustee, Atty. Joseph B. Spero (“Chapter 7 Trustee”). Susan J. Porreco (“Debtor”) filed a Response at Document No. 261 in opposition to the Reconsideration Motion. For the reasons stated herein, the Reconsideration Motion will be granted and the prior Order to which the Reconsideration Motion is directed, vacated. 1
