This defamation, tortious interference with economic relations, and negligent infliction of emotional distress action stems from statements made by a Utah Power & Light [UP & L] employee to two of Plain tiffs business associates. Plaintiff-Appellant Mr. Thomas entered into a business relationship with Michael T. Holmes and Michael H. Holmes (father of Michael T.
