GOURLEY, Senior District Judge:
This is a Petition seeking the removal, pursuant to Section 1443 of Title 28 of the United States Code, of a criminal proceeding pending in the Criminal Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. ' Alternatively, declaratory relief is sought under the Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2201, or injunctive or “other appropriate relief” pursuant to the Civil Rights Statutes, 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and § 1985.
