This action is brought by the plaintiff, Katherine Dziobak, against the defendant, Nicholas Kowitsky, by reason of the alleged holding over by the defendant beyond the date upon which the defendant’s tenancy was terminated—to wit., from June 15th, 1947, to on or about October 15th, 1947.
