B. Whitman read a petition praying that a writ of error might issue on a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas for the county of Plymouth, rendered in April last.

1Per curiam

This writ must issue in the county where thejudg ment was rendered. You have no occasion to petition for it, as it is a writ of right, gran table ex debito justiti.ee. File your errors in the clerk’s office at Pli/mouih, and take out your writ of course If *137you insert the assignment of errors in your scire facias, you may probably have a decision at the first term. (a)
